WELCOME TO THE HOME OF WOLVERHAMPTON RUGBY LEAGUE

We are Wolverhampton's Rugby League Club - the Warlords.  We are a farily new club focussing on building up participation of Rugby League and asking people to 'give it a try'.  From September 2008 onwards, we will be working towards our Wolverhampton RL City Academy for Year 7 pupils (Under 12s) going in the City, starting in Primary Schools first.  More news to come on that later... 

Wolverhampton's Rugby League club are called the Warlords.  We play out of Hilton Road Playing Fields in the national RL Merit League competition.  It is a summer based competition (April to August), but we play year round - friendlies and other matches.

We are a development club focussing on getting newcomers into our sport, too many people are not involved with sport and it is one of our aims to increase participation in Rugby League in the City of Wolverhampton and the surrounding areas.

COME TO TRAINING 

If you are interested in coming to Training, why not get in touch with us and have a chat if you want.  From September we will be having our new times for training.

• SATURDAY MORNINGS 10am - Hilton Road Playing Fields  (from 6th September)
  
• WEDNESDAY EVENINGS 7pm - Hilton Road Playing Fields  (from 3rd September)

Each of these sessions will cost £1 per person.  This is cover club costs and essentials. 

USERNAME - MESSAGE BOARD

You no longer need to registered as a user on the site, but you need to be to use the message board.  REGISTER as a USER and then you are free to use the MESSAGE BOARD. Unfortunately your old username and password doesn't work, so you will need to re-register.

CLUB MEMBERSHIP

Current Membership runs from 1st April 2008 to 31st March 2009.  All players will be expected to pay this and will not be allowed to play in matches if they have not paid their membership fees.  Membership is £25 and we expect all players to purchase a 2008 club polo shirt for £15.  When we have worked out the costs for the club for the 2009 season, we will post details here on this site.
